CHAPTER 21 ‑ HEALTH: PERSONAL HEALTH

The rules in this Chapter, 15A NCAC 21, have been transferred and recodified as 10A NCAC 43 effective June 1, 2003. The transfer and recodification of these rules was authorized in Session Law 2001-424, Section 21.10 (Senate Bill 1005).
